As part of a wider project to create content for Morr & Co to support their employer brand and candidate outreach, the team there wanted to highlight the range of benefits that are offered to all employees. We felt collectively that the best way to communicate this was through an animation as this was a less human-centric subject than say progression and development or culture and values.
We looked at the existing brand collateral and adapted the animation to fit that style, keeping the sequences clean and illustrative of the core points that the script focussed on.
The outcome was a really engaging and clean video that clearly allowed potential candidates to understand the range of benefits they would enjoy as being part of the Morr & Co family.
