How many videos do I get?

On a three month subscription you will receive a total of either 6, 9 or 12 videos in total, depending on which plan you sign up to.

With a six month subscription you will receive a total of either 12, 18 or 24 videos, depending which plan you sign up to.

This service is about quality and quantity, and designed to be a cost effective way of creating a high volume of content that you can use over a period of time in a multitude of ways.  Rather than paying up front for content you may not use for several weeks or months, you can spread the cost and get new edits in time for when you plan to deploy them – a sensible approach.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing model is designed to offer flexibility and continuous value. Instead of paying for video assets that remain unused for months, we provide a steady flow of edited videos tailored to your schedule and content-calendar needs. We offer three subscription packages across two timeframes to suit your requirements and budget, with the higher value packages attracting a lower cost per video.

Depending on how you want to use the videos, you may opt for fewer edits delivered per month and a lower subscription fee, alternatively you might like to push out more content each month. The packages below are designed to make it easy to access the service at a level and budget that works for you, but should you have a more specific requirement, we can design a bespoke package for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fit into one of these packages?

The packages are designed to make the programme easy to understand and access, but if you have a specific need or want us to tailor a package exactly for your needs, we can absolutely do that.

Do you only film one person or can multiple people appear on camera?

This is entirely up to you. You can have a single member of the team recording the scripts or you can have several employees doing a few videos each to vary the content. For business taking the higher packages, having multiple presenters will help to prevent fatigue.

Where do you film the content?

We come to your premises to film the content and depending on the package can establish two or three different setups to vary the backdrop for viewers. If you don't have a suitable office environment we can arrange for filming to take place in our studios.

Can you add extras like b-roll footage or animation?

Yes. The packages include just a single camera shoot to keep it simple and costs low, but for an additional fee we can gather b-roll footage to include in the edits or deliver some animated sequences to support the content. This can all be agreed in a production call.

Who does the scripting?

You write the scripts as these videos are designed to reveal insights for customers that are as a result of your expertise, as such we won't have this knowledge. We do however support you with the scripting process through guidance and resources, handy tips and of course checking everything over well in advance of the filming date so there are no surprises or issues on the day.

What if I lose confidence in front of the camera?

This is a common concern but rarely presents an issue. It can be daunting for some people in front of the camera for the first few minutes, however in almost every case the presenter gets used to the set up and the process very quickly. We provide some tips and guidance on how best to prepare and a member of the Square Daisy crew is there at all times to coach you though the process where you may need a little support.

Are the videos accessible?

As standard we add captions to each of the videos so those who are hard of hearing or are accessing the videos where there is no ability to hear sound can still understand the narrative. We do know however that even captions on videos are not fully accessible for the deaf community, and as such for organisations that wish to include it, we can offer BSL in the corner of the videos. This is an additional charge as we use an amazing lady who is external to the Square daisy team to provide this service to us on your behalf. Ask us for an example when you get in touch.

Is there an upfront fee?

No. We take all of the costs including pre-production, support, filming and editing and wrap it into a simple monthly payment. This is the figure that you are quoted and the figure that you will pay on an agreed date each month for the length of your agreement (3 or 6 months). The only additional fees are travel expenses and where applicable, accommodation for shoots further afield from our studios.

Terms and Conditions:  Minimum Term: Each package comes with a specified minimum term length, during which cancellation is not permitted.  Content Output: The total number of videos included is specified per package, with each video approximately 60 seconds long. Longer videos can be arranged by reducing the total number of videos—for example, a 180-second video will count as three edits. Scripting: Clients are responsible for providing scripts. Script guidance will be provided. Scripting services are available at an additional cost if needed.  Pricing: All prices are subject to VAT. Monthly payments are made in advance, and charges are for completed edits.  Travel Expenses: Reasonable travel and where applicable, accommodation expenses will be recharged with prior agreement.  Storage: Project files are retained for 12 months. After this period, they are either subject to digital storage charges or deleted.
