ABL came to us with a need to hire and inspire potential employees. They wanted to showcase the variety of roles within their business, show off their brand new office and workshop facilities – and most of all – convey what a great place they are to work.
The core of any business is its employees, so getting as many smiling faces into the video was crucial for representing a friendly and happy workforce. A modern and upbeat soundtrack makes the edit feel less corporate, and sets the pace for quick cuts, time-remapping and stop motion sequences. Throughout the edit we used punchy on-screen text to communicate the core brand values and guiding principles.
