Glue Reply came to us with a need for a video to attract bright new talent. The problem they had was that it was April 2020, and the UK was in full Covid-19 lockdown, so we had to get a bit creative with the concept! We pitched a video that brought together lots of happy employees through a mock video conference, and interspersed it with cutaways of the office from previous productions. To get across the key messages we incorporated on-screen text into the cutaway footage, to build a sequence that really sold Reply as a great and exciting place to work. The graphic overlays where designed in keeping with the brand and motion-tracking and rotoscoping some of the elements kept it fresh and engaging.

How do you shoot a talent acquisition video during lock down? We got creative with a mock-up of a video conference to showcase what it's really like to work for Glue Reply
Sometimes the restrictions and barriers of a project can really promote creativity. When the UK locked down and offices became out of bounds we worked out a solution that produced a great result for the client.
