We have worked with Glue Reply on a number of projects but never on any video recruitment content. With this video we needed to get across to the viewer that the company was not just offering a job, but it was offering a career to prospective applicants. The bast way to show this was through an animation highlighting the ‘Glue Accelerate’ programme they have in place.
During the discussions with the team we talked about following existing terminology and internal marketing around ‘superheroes’ that the company cultivates and supports. As such the animation took a fun and dynamic approach, using superhero ideas and visuals to illustrate the key points, as well as ensuring these superheroes were representative of the diverse workforce across the organisation.
