During the pandemic, Raven Housing Trust moved to remote working like many other organisations. As time progressed they employed more staff and soon there were lots of people who had never the leadership team or the CEO in person. Keen to keep their family culture alive whilst working from home, Raven took the opportunity to renew their value statements and launch them in a video to share with the whole company.
They wanted to feature as many employees as possible in the video to deliver the messaging so we organised a social-distanced shoot at their empty offices, and gathered self-recordings from the employees to compile into a conference call style video – this contextualised the self-recordings so they didn’t stand out amongst the professional video capture. We also used motion-graphics to draw attention to their 8 pillars.
