The approach for this animation was to create a simple yet compelling video that was easy to follow and accessible for all audiences. We chose to avoid literal representation of people by using arbitrary shapes and colours to move the narrative forwards, and the script-writing process was informed by thorough research. We kept the language and the tone of the voiceover easy to understand and non-judgemental, as to have the most impact this video needs to reach audiences who might not realise they can make positive changes.
What is Unconscious Bias?
Square Daisy and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council worked together on this project to produce a video that could raise awareness of the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace, as a learning tool for SMEs in the borough.
"Again, you deliver something that out-performs expectations. Really appreciate your commitment to this." Simon Bland, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council
