At the core of the business are the employees, so we approached the project with a person-first perspective. We brought senior team members into an interview set-up to open the video and then punctuated the edit with deliveries to camera from other members of the team, keeping the messaging really tight and punchy. Throughout we use slow-motion cutaways of the office and colleagues so that the viewer is drawn into the world of Wilton & Bain and shows off their central London location.
The result is a high production value piece with slick motion graphics and camera work to create interest and drama. To add more even more value, we repackaged the video for a shorter social media edit, with language angled more towards their client base.
